We scout talented IT experts from our vast industrial network, highly reliable talent pools, and global professional platforms. We confirm that each of the engineers is recognized by relevant tech marketplace or endorsed by industry giants to ensure proficiency.

The shortlisted candidates of phase 1 are screened through a background check, preliminary interviews, and resume evaluation that helps assess their level of experience and expertise. The screening is carried out by professionals carrying at least 15+ years of experience. The soft skills assessment is also a part of this screening process.
STEP 3 OF 5
Once the interviewees have qualified for the initial processing, they undergo the technical assessment part. We conduct a series of tests to evaluate their work-related expertise. The tests are, but not limited to, in-depth coding tests, real-world project simulations, problem-solving challenges, etc

We invite the senior technical experts for the final evaluation of the candidates. The core purpose of this phase is to assess adaptability, flexibility, teamwork ability, communication ability, and much more. This assessment makes sure that the candidate can well-utilize their technical expertise to contribute to the team projects.

The selected engineers are then onboarded to our team with the respective documentation and legal standards. The candidates sign the non-disclosure agreements which promise the confidentiality of data that belongs to our or the client’s project.
