This role requires a hands-on ServiceNow Developer responsible for building, integrating, and deploying applications within the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will translate business requirements into technical configurations, manage enterprise integrations, and maintain code quality through regular reviews.

Years of Experience - 5+ Years 

• Designed various solutions based on the business requirements.
• Participating in Discovery workshops with Business and Domain IT architects for requirement gatherings and high-level solution discussions
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow modules with other enterprise applications.
• Application design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform with hands-on technical delivery including required documentation.
• Code review and propose improvements in the configuration / customizations of the platform

• JavaScript & Glide API: Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript, GlideRecord, GlideSystem, and GlideAjax.
• Server-Side Development: Deep experience writing complex Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
• Client-Side Development: Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Catalog Client Scripts.
• API Development: Hands-on experience building and consuming custom REST and SOAP web services.
• Integration Frameworks: Proficiency with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Spoke configurations, and MID Server architecture.
• Authentication: Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, and Mutual Authentication.
• UI Customization: Experience developing custom widgets using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap within the ServiceNow Service Portal.
• Best Practices: Ability to perform Code Reviews, identify technical debt, optimize slow-running queries, and ensure configurations are upgrade-safe.
• Instance Management: Expert handling of Update Sets, cloning processes, and application scoping.
