We are looking for a Senior QA/Test Engineer to lead test strategy, automation, and quality engineering for AI, data, and enterprise platform projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in API, UI, integration, and performance testing, with hands-on experience in Azure-based CI/CD environments. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and data teams to ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable software delivery.

Experience: 5+ years

• Define and own test strategy, test plans, quality metrics, and release readiness criteria.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for UI, API, integration, and regression testing.
• Build and execute automated test suites using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, and REST Assured.
• Integrate automated testing into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines with quality gates and reporting.
• Create and manage test environments, test data, mocks, and service virtualization.
• Perform API validation including contract testing, schema validation, authentication flows, and edge-case testing.
• Conduct performance, load, stress, and soak testing using JMeter, k6, and Locust.
• Perform basic security testing, including OWASP Top 10 validation, authentication, authorization, and API security checks.
• Validate data pipelines, ETL workflows, and AI/ML model serving through automated quality checks.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to promote quality-first engineering practices and mentor junior QA engineers

• 5+ years of experience in QA Automation and Software Testing.
• Strong expertise in API automation using REST Assured, Postman, pytest, or equivalent tools.
• Hands-on experience with UI automation using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, k6, or Locust.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, JSON, authentication (OAuth/JWT), and API contract validation.
• Experience integrating automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, and cloud-based testing environments.
• Working knowledge of Python, TypeScript, or Node.js for automation development.
• Experience testing data platforms, ETL pipelines, or AI/ML applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, or basic penetration/security testing.
• Exposure to AI/ML validation, model testing, and data quality engineering.
• Experience with FastAPI and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services and containerized testing environments.
• ISTQB or equivalent testing certification.
• Experience in Banking, Finance, Healthcare, Telecom, Manufacturing, Utilities, or Government projects.
