We are seeking a mid-to-senior level Functional QA Engineer with strong Retail industry experience and hands-on SAP ERP integration testing expertise. The ideal candidate will independently lead end-to-end functional and integration testing across eCommerce platforms, third-party systems, and SAP ERP integrations while ensuring high-quality customer experiences.

Experience: 6+ Years

• Design and execute functional, integration, regression, smoke, and UAT testing.
• Validate end-to-end business processes across eCommerce, OMS, payment, tax, shipping, CRM, PIM, WMS, and SAP ERP.
• Perform SAP ERP integration testing for orders, inventory, pricing, promotions, fulfillment, returns, and financial transactions.
• Work independently with business, product, and development teams.
• Create test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
• Support release validation and production verification.
• Drive automation opportunities and continuous quality improvements.

• 5–10+ years of QA experience in Retail/eCommerce.
• Hands-on SAP ERP integration testing experience (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of retail order lifecycle.
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and integration validation.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar.
• Experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium or equivalent.
• Experience with API tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
• Knowledge of SQL and data validation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• SAP S/4HANA integration exposure

• Adobe Commerce, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar.
• Performance testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, or k6.
• CI/CD and Git knowledge.
