We are looking for an experienced Reltio to MDM Migration Engineer with 8–10 years of overall experience and strong hands-on expertise in Reltio, MDM migration, data mapping, validation, troubleshooting, and defect management.

The ideal candidate must have actual hands-on experience migrating data from Reltio to an MDM platform, rather than only having generic MDM experience. The candidate should be comfortable working across migration activities, development/support, data validation, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.

Perform hands-on Reltio to MDM migration activities across different data domains and environments.

• Analyze source Reltio data and understand target MDM data models, structures, and requirements.
• Prepare and execute detailed data mapping and transformation rules between Reltio and the target MDM platform.
• Perform data extraction, migration, reconciliation, and validation activities.
• Validate migrated data for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Identify data quality issues, migration gaps, and transformation defects.
• Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for migration and MDM-related issues.
• Support development, testing, production support, and post-migration activities.
• Log, track, prioritize, and manage bugs and defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with MDM developers, data teams, QA teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Prepare migration documentation, mapping documents, validation reports, and defect reports.
• Participate in testing cycles including functional, integration, regression, and migration validation.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Reltio/MDM-related issues.
• Communicate migration status, risks, issues, and resolutions effectively to stakeholders.

• Strong hands-on Reltio experience
• Actual Reltio to MDM migration experience – Mandatory
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and processes
• Hands-on experience in:

1. Data Mapping
2. Data Migration
3. Data Transformation
4. Data Validation
5. Data Reconciliation
6. Data Quality
7. Bug Reporting
8. Defect Management

• Development and application/production support experience
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
• Understanding of MDM data models, entities, relationships, hierarchies, and governance
• Experience working with migration testing and validation processes
• Ability to analyze large datasets and identify data discrepancies

• 8–10 years of relevant experience
• Strong Reltio background with demonstrable hands-on project experience
• Must have worked on Reltio → MDM migration projects
• Strong MDM fundamentals combined with practical migration experience
• Experience in development, support, and troubleshooting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
