We are looking for an experienced Release Manager – AI to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of software releases for AI-powered products and platforms. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end release cycles, ensure seamless deployments, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support AI agent implementation while maintaining high standards of quality, governance, and operational excellence.

Experience: 10+ Years

• Lead and manage the end-to-end release management lifecycle for AI applications, platforms, and AI agent solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive release plans, schedules, and deployment strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Coordinate releases across Development, QA, DevOps, AI/ML Engineering, Product Management, and Infrastructure teams.
• Plan and execute AI model, AI agent, and application deployments across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
• Ensure successful implementation and rollout of AI technologies, including Generative AI, Machine Learning models, and AI Agents.
• Manage release readiness reviews, deployment approvals, go-live activities, and post-release validations.
• Monitor production releases and provide production support to ensure system stability and quick issue resolution.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate release risks, dependencies, and potential deployment challenges.
• Drive change management processes by ensuring all releases comply with organizational governance and approval workflows.
• Maintain release documentation, deployment checklists, rollback plans, and release reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate release schedules, impacts, risks, and progress updates.
• Coordinate incident management during releases and lead post-implementation reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure releases meet security, compliance, and quality standards before production deployment.
• Continuously improve release processes through automation, DevOps best practices, and AI-driven operational efficiencies.
• Track release metrics and KPIs, providing insights to leadership on deployment success, release quality, and operational performance.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of release management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, or ServiceNow.
• Understanding of AI/ML deployment lifecycle, MLOps, and model versioning is highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, Azure DevOps, AWS, or AI-related certifications are a plus.
