We are looking for an experienced Product Owner – Analytics & AI to drive the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of innovative analytics and AI products. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, data engineers, architects, and development teams to translate business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong product ownership experience along with a solid understanding of Analytics, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Agile methodologies, and cloud technologies.

Product Strategy & Ownership

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for analytics and AI initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into actionable product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and backlog items based on business value and strategic goals.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation through deployment and adoption.
• Establish success metrics and monitor product performance against business outcomes.

Responsibilities: Analytics & AI Leadership

• Identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI to solve business challenges.
• Collaborate with data science teams to develop predictive, prescriptive, and generative AI solutions.
• Ensure analytical products deliver actionable insights and measurable business impact.
• Promote adoption of AI and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Data & Technology Collaboration

• Partner with data engineering teams to define data requirements, pipelines, governance, and quality standards.
• Work closely with architects and technology teams to ensure scalable and reliable analytics platforms.
• Understand and communicate dependencies across data, analytics, and application ecosystems.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with business leaders, operational teams, and executives to gather requirements and communicate product progress.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and product demonstrations.
• Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams.
• Drive consensus among stakeholders with competing priorities.

Agile Delivery

• Own and manage the product backlog.
• Define acceptance criteria and validate delivered functionality.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
