We are looking for a Core Python Developer with strong hands-on coding expertise to build and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Core Python development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative Agile environment.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Core Python.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following industry best practices.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with databases and third-party services.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
• Ensure application reliability, security, and scalability.

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Core Python development.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and data structures.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django for API development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and exposure to NoSQL databases is preferred.
• Experience with multithreading, multiprocessing, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Git, Linux, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an added advantage.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong hands-on coding expertise is mandatory.
• Karat coding assessment is mandatory for all candidates.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Candidates must be comfortable working in a hybrid setup.
• Candidates should be available to work between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM
